I'd like to share the story of a lovely little wedding, that took place in Roswell, GA, and the amazing people that made it happen. When having a wedding there are a lot of moving parts that need to be managed. Your wedding team is there to help you with that and so much more. They love what they do, they love the people in their community, and most importantly, they love love!

The first people I'd like to profile are the women behind Historic Naylor Hall, Abbey and Sunny. As an Atlanta wedding photographer, I have had the honor of shooting at some of the best wedding facilities in the Atlanta area. There are a lot of historic houses in the historic Roswell area but Naylor Hall is a historic home. There is a big difference between a house and a home. A home is carefully built with happiness, joy, and love in mind. It is a place where where you celebrate life’s big moments, a place where you celebrate love, a place where family comes together, and where friends become family. Naylor Hall is a beautiful home. Abbey and Sunny's attention to detail, passion for hospitality, and their joy in celebration, maintain that home for all to enjoy.

“Reverend of Roswell Chicken” AKA Ryan Pernice
Ryan Pernice and his brother Daniel Pernice own three restaurants in Roswell and Alpharetta: Osteria Mattone, Table and Main (this is where the fried chicken is from), and Coalition Food and Beverage. The next person I want to profile is Ryan Pernice AKA the” Reverend of Roswell Chicken” . Ryan is the owner of three decadent restaurants in Roswell and Alpharetta. He and his brother, Daniel, are the owners of Table and Main, Osteria Mattone and Coalition Food and Beverage. He has made the decision to go above and beyond the calls of duty that many restaurant owners face during this difficult time. He, like many local restaurants, is offering take-out food in lieu of dine in service. However, unlike many restaurants right now he is also taking this challenging time as an opportunity to show the community compassion and love by feeding hundreds up people for free. Yes this man not only presides over weddings but he is also a generous spirit who gives to the community and uses times of hardship to create intuitive business plans that help others. As an Atlanta wedding photographer who is fortunate enough to have seen many weddings, my favorite part is the toast. You get to hear from the people closest to the couple, and there is always laughter, tears, and warmth in every one. Well for this joyous occasion, Pat Rains AKA “the Bearer of Beer”, provided two delicious Gate City Brewing beers to toast the happy couple. Pat opened Gate City Brewing in Roswell in 2015. It has had enormous success and much like Ryan Pernice he likes to use the platform that he built to give back to his community. Shortly before we as a nation had to make some drastic changes in every day life, Pat created a "Freedom Fighter Ale". This delicious brew was created to raise money to prevent sex trafficking and help victims of this heinous crime. A crime that, unfortunately, happens far too often in Atlanta. One of the most important elements of any wedding, and one your guests will be talking about for weeks to come, is the music! That is where David Ellis “AKA “the Mansion Musician” comes into our story. David is a talented musician with quite a range! He can serenade you down the aisle to beautiful classics on his violin and then get the party started afterwards with his Gibson banjo! He is a passionate and talented instrumentalist who teaches music, plays solo, and is a member of several bands, one of my favorites being Shaky Jane. David loves what he does and you can feel that in every performance he gives.
