First off, your bridal party is made of your nearest and dearest, so you may want to get them something special in order to mark the occasion and show your appreciation for them. You can get each of your friends something personal and individualized, like their favorite soda or drink with a customized label displaying each of their names, or fill a personalized glass with their favorite candy. You can also get them items they can use while you are getting ready together, such as matching bowties or fun socks, shirts customized with their role in the ceremony, such as “bridesmaid” or “best man”. For bridesmaids, you could also give them nail polish or candles with a custom label including a cute wedding-themed quote or a cute, personalized bag to hold their make-up or clothing or whatever else they need, just like a purse. Whatever you get them, just make sure it is something unique that really expresses the special relationship you have with each of them.

As for the favors you’ll give to all your guests, don’t be afraid to have fun! It can be so meaningful to have party favors that include your guests in the party. For instance, you can place an item at each seat or table for guests to use during your send-off at the end of the night, such as a tube of bubbles or bag of rice with special, wedding-themed labels. You can also have guests each write a note to you and your spouse, then you can read them together at the reception, or at a party for your first anniversary. Guests will also appreciate favors that can be useful, either during the wedding or after the wedding. For instance, one of our Atlanta couples gave out bottle openers with the wedding date and their names engraved on them for guests to use on their drinks at the reception. You can also set out little salt or pepper shakers or sauce bottles with a customized label at each table and let your guests take those home. One party favor that has become popular recently is having a photo booth at your reception where guests can take their photos home as a souvenir.
