Kandi and Mark Engagement Session at Piedmont Park

I want to start out this post with a shout out to the star of the photo session. This little furry guy was adopted by Kandi and Mark when hes was late in his years after his owners gave him up for adoption. When he followed the couple around he had such a love for them. He stayed close to them and was just so relaxed and comfortable. It was if he finally found his forever home and he was finally complete. Through out the photography session he was the best behaved dog I have ever seen! He was so happy to be part of his forever family!

This week’s engagement session was at Piedmont Park. It is a popular location for Atlanta couples. I often have couples that want their pets during the session. I love that Kandi and Mark wanted to share their day with their little furry friend! We got to the park early in the morning when no one was there. It was if the city park was ours! We walked and chatted and their little guy just walked beside us without a leash and just soaked in the vibe of the park. He was the consummate gentleman. He even posed for the camera on command.

It is such a honor being a Atlanta wedding photographer when you get to meet such wonderful people as this couple. They embraced life and I could tell they shared such a love and respect for each other. I made them do too many PDA kisses during our session but I wanted the photos to show how much affection they had for each other. They were so considerate for each other through out the day and knew how to laugh at the little things in life. There little friend at our session showed them unconditional love!
