This week’s wedding is one I will remember for a while. It was not my first South Asian wedding but, as I always say, every wedding is unique. It’s one f the reasons I love what I do! This couple and their families were so gracious and generous to everyone. Everyone came together to celebrate family, culture and love. What more could you ask for?

The first day of the two-day celebration started at the Eagles Landing Country Club located south of Atlanta. The country club is located in a beautiful neighborhood that sprawls along a magnificent manicured golf course. The wedding ceremony was held inside the classically designed venue. The dinning rooms used for the ceremony were very stylish and stately. After the ceremony and prayers it was time to eat. There was a perfect mix of spicy and savory main courses and sweet desserts. It was quite a spread of some of the most delicious, mouthwatering food!

While the guests were eating, my fellow photographer, Tara, and I took the couple outside for a photo session. They were so much fun and such a cheerful couple! We took our time and got a bunch of great shots. We shot photos inside the clubhouse and then had some fun taking photos outside at night in front of the stately columns of the club house. These columns made for a gorgeous backdrop!

On the second day, Tara and I took some photos with the couple at the country club. Afterward, we headed to the reception at the International Hotel in Buckhead where the families gathered and toasted the bride and groom. There were speeches, verses, and wisdoms passed on to prepare the couple for their new chapter as husband and wife. It was really lovely to see!

At the end of the day it was a charming, heartfelt wedding filled with family and love at some stunning locations. It was an honor for this Atlanta wedding photographer and his team to be a small part of such a special day.
